Currently run my own consultancy, focusing on life skills, leadership development, performance management, orientation programmes and team interventions. I love working with people and find the opportunity to work with so many different people as one of the benefits of consulting to many different companies.

I am deeply committed to my work and to my family- my wife Patricia and my beautiful children. I am a strong academic but at the same time very practical in my workshops and interventions. The principle on which all my work is based is that, we learn best by having fun.
