Partner and/or owner experience in small business management with three different companies in window tinting & carpet cleaning, novelty outdoor leisure products and training, facilitation & business writing respectively.
Founder member of emerging social entrepreneurial collaboration between government, business and social sectors, with my contribution being mainly in the documentation of processes, policies and procedures, business administration and quality management.

Critical reading of training materials for consistency & correctness in grammar, construct, syntax and usability. 2.
