Team Leader Sales at PPS
Show profile Hide profileAs a Team Leader of my team I am responsible for improving the organization market position and achieve financial growth. I define long-term strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals. I maintain my extensive knowledge of current market trends to suite our sales force growth and new market changes. Part of my role is to wor with internal departments to reach the sales target and maximize the revenue to be generated by the organization. To achieve this I source new business, present our value proposition then through our financial advisors we ultimately convert into business and premium paying clients.
I also manage and maintain existing clients on a senior level (key players and decision makers) and ensure the need of our clients is always met through constant interaction and conducting events through sponsorship opportunities.
I attend and create networking sessions to increase our lead acquisition, ensure that leads are distributed to the sales teams. I track and manage leads from beginning till closed business through our reporting channels.
