Description of Duties & Responsibilities
? Answering a high volume of incoming calls and dealing with client and service provider queries.
? Scheduling appointments and diary management of the Managing Member.
? Drafting proposals for various types of tenders/leads as well as completing application forms, preparing supporting documentation when required.
? Ensuring the company's compliance-related documentation is up to date and communicating with the Accountants to ensure documentation is in order.
? Keeping financial records of the company's income and expenses.
? Issuing of invoices and quotes to clients when requested.
? Keeping and filing confidential documentation.
? Drafting various documentation (e.g. Letters, Minutes, Forms, Reports, PowerPoint presentations)
? Capturing of a high number of client satisfaction survey forms on the Sinjani System (Government system)
? Assists Managing Member with any other office administrative related tasks when requested.

Assisting HR Vantage and Woolworths Learning & Development Department (Client of HR Vantage) with administrative related tasks as required:
? Research – Data Collection and Interpretation.
? Updating and documenting required changes to specific documents.
? Restructuring of specific folders and ensuring it is user friendly.
? Assisting with gathering required information and liaising with the required people.
? Downloading documentation from SharePoint.
? Cross checking documentation and updating databases.
? Capturing workshop feedback forms.
? Filing.
