RocketNet appoints new COO and CMO

RocketNet, the fast-growing internet service provider (ISP), has appointed Lee-Roy Joyce as chief operating officer and Warren Thomas as chief marketing officer (CMO). Joyce and Thomas each have more than a decade of experience and are expected to boost customer service delivery and internet support.
