Leatitia van Straten to replace Carol Weaving as AAXO chairperson

The Association of African Exhibition Organisers (AAXO) has selected marketing expert Leatitia van Straten as its new chairperson. Van Straten will replace Carol Weaving, who held the position since the association's inception in 2015.

Van Straten served as marketing director at Terrapinn and is now marketing director of Specialised Exhibitions Montgomery. She has been listed on the International Who's Who multiple times as an expert in her field and has been recognised as one of the Top 40 Women in the Mice industry.
