Stephen Mandes to lead the Westin's ON19 restaurant
Stephen Mandes has been appointed as the head chef of the Westin Cape Town's ON19 restaurant. As head chef, Mandes has been tasked with curating an innovative menu design and restaurant strategy with a new winter menu to be launched April.
Before joining ON19, Mandes worked at hotel and restaurant kitchens around Cape Town including that of the Mount Nelson Hotel, the Cape Grace, Mondiall Kitchen & Bar, Restaurant Jardine, and de Grendel Wines.
