Preshanthan Pillay is Servest Catering's new GM

Servest Catering has appointed Preshanthan Pillay as its new GM. Pillay joined Servest SA in 2016 and headed the kitchen for one of its clients, thereafter he was named Servest's national executive chef.

Pillay completed his traineeship with various hotels and spent a year in the United States, during which he worked in almost every sector of hospitality.
