Etisalat Nigeria includes new chairman in board restructure
Etisalat Nigeria has restructured its board; Dr. Joseph Nnanna has been named chairman, while Oluseyi Bickersteth will serve as the company's new CEO, and Funke Ighodaro is to replace Olawole Obasunloye as CFO. Other board amendments involve the inclusion of Ken Igbokwe and Boye Olusanya.
The board shuffling forms part of broader restructuring efforts at Etisalat Nigeria, which includes the involvement of the Consortium of Lenders, Nigerian Communications Commission regulators, and the Central Bank of Nigeria.
