Bowmans make construction, project finance, commercial property appointments

In an attempt to grow its construction, project finance, and commercial property offerings, Bowmans has appointed three new partners - Andrew van Niekerk, Spencer Naicker, and Samantha Saffy. Van Niekerk's areas of speciality are infrastructure, energy, mining and resources, transport, and real estate within the construction, project finance, and regulatory practice sectors.

Naicker is skilled in EPC and EPC management with particular expertise in project service agreements, operation, and maintenance agreements and related legal services. Saffy, on the other hand, primarily focuses on commercial real estate, security, and all aspects of conveyancing and notarial practice.
