Two new appointments for Premier Hotels & Resorts

Premier Hotels & Resorts has appointed Deneys Swart as its new group operations manager of resorts and Bruce McKay as its new group food and beverage manager.

Swart's career spans 35 years in the hotel industry, with managerial roles at several hotel chains throughout the country, whilst McKay brings 30 years of experience, which include owning and operating a hotel, school as well as a number of restaurants.

McKay also holds portfolios and memberships with well-known hospitality associations, like the Academy of Chefs, South African Chefs Association, Federated Hospitality Association of Southern Africa and Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, and is also the VP of 41 Club International and founder of the Let's Hear Foundation.
