Nigel Stemmet is Park Inn's new executive chef
Nigel Stemmet has been appointed as the new executive chef at the Park Inn by Radisson Hotel in the Cape Town Foreshore. Stemmet's expertise lies in a contemporary take on modern cuisine and uses the freshest local sourced ingredients to create his dishes.
Stemmet's experience in the culinary arts spans 14 years in which he has worked at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC), The Tank restaurant and the Rezidor Hotel Group.
