New appointments at Westin Cape Town
Chef Anerith Tamsyn Smythe has joined the Westin's ON19 restaurant as the chef de cuisine, and Michael Liffmann has come on board as executive assistant manager. Both Smythe and Liffmann have extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality sector, respectively. Smith brings her broad experience and knowledge of exquisite food to the Westin, whilst Liffmann brings with him his diverse skills set across a variety of hospitality management.
