JLL welcomes two senior members to the team

JLL has appointed Rob Fleming as head of project management sub-Saharan Africa, and Ewout Holst from the Amsterdam office who will head up corporate solutions sub-Saharan Africa. As head of project and development services, Fleming will establish project management services for JLL in the South African market and grow business is the sub-Saharan area. Fleming has over 15 years' experience from previous roles in the UK and South Africa.

Holst who is currently head of transaction management and strategic consulting in Netherlands, will be transferring from the JLL office in Amsterdam to join the sub-Saharan Africa team as head of corporate solutions. Holst joins the team with over seven years' experience in real estate, specialising in the corporate business sector. His expertise includes workplace consultancy, M&A, asset strategies, portfolio strategies and management, and transaction advisory.
