New organisation of the Orange Group
As from 1 March 2016, the Orange Group will evolve in line with the Essentiels2020 strategic plan. Marc Rennard will be appointed deputy chief executive officer in charge of customer experience and mobile financial services. Bruno Mettling will be appointed deputy chief executive officer in charge of operations in Africa and Middle East, with Jean-Marc Vignolles becoming his second in command as chief operating officer of AMEA operations.
Laurent Paillassot will be appointed CEO of Orange Spain. Jérôme Barré will be appointed senior executive vice president in charge of Human Resources, and Thierry Bonhomme will also be appointed deputy chief executive officer.
