Having placed some of the country's best creative people during the 17 years she was head of HR and talent management at Ogilvy, Alex Leontsinis has developed and honed a talent for talent-spotting. Armed with this, her experience and her enthusiasm, Alex joins The Connection where her expertise will be used in the industry more widely.
