Assistant publisher appointed for Best Life

Seraj Toefy has been appointed as assistant publisher of Touchline Media's new men's lifestyle title, Best Life. The title will hit newsstands at the end of May. Toefy will be responsible for the business arm of the title, providing operational and strategic support to the publishing director, Andrew Sneddon. He joins the exciting team having worked in both a corporate and entrepreneurial environment.

Toefy started at Touchline Media as marketing manager of Sports Illustrated in 2006. He joined the publishing industry after spending nine years with the marketing teams at Shell and MWeb. He was a partner at Burns Strategic Planning, a company that specialises in brand strategies. Using his entrepreneurial spirit, Toefy ran his family's tour company, Voice Tours – Audio Guides, which won the award for most innovative product at the 2005 Cape Tourism Showcase.
