Siemens Limited appoints Alex Mathole as company secretary

Alexandria Motshwanetsi Mathole has been appointed as company secretary for Siemens Limited.

Born and bred in Atteridgeville, Alex Mathole graduated with a B.Juris from the University of the Western Cape, a legal qualification that she later augmented with a LLB from the University of the Witwatersrand.

Alex practiced law for a number of years before joining the UK-owned multinational Securicor where she stayed for five years holding several positions before ending up as National Human Resources Director. She later joined Omega Risk Solutions as a shareholder with responsibility for HR and legal issues, after which she went into business on her own.

Her highly analytical mind and a well-trained legal brain complemented with her understanding of business requirements and an ability to work well with people will allow Alex to bring a fresh dimension in her new role.
