Natalie Thayer appointed as MWEB Home: General Manager
Natalie Thayer has joined MWEB Home as General Manager. Thayer has more than 11 years experience in the telecommunications industry, six of which were spent in the cellular arena before making the strategic move into the Internet industry.
Thayer is chiefly responsible for the consumer division of MWEB that provides a wide range of fast Internet access options including ISDN, ADSL and Wi-Fi as well as a series of online products and services. These range from faxmail, broadband, virus and junk mail filtering to member only offerings such as online education.
With a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Wits University specializing in psychology, Thayer also completed an IMM from the Institute of Marketing Management where she received the Best Student Award in 2000.
