Nene Mahlangu becomes the 2023 Design Indaba Emerging Creative programme curator
Neo 'Nene' Mahlangu has been appointed curator of Design Indaba Emerging Creatives 2023. The Johannesburg-based artist, a former Design Indaba Emerging Creative, will choose 20 newcomers for the programme.
Now in its 18th year, South Africa's top creative development programme is supported by the Department of Sport, Arts and Culture. The new round of applications opened in September 2022, applications close on 30 November 2022.
