Radisson Hotel Group names director for its Middle East and Africa restaurants and bars

Joseph Chalfoun has been appointed as area restaurants and bars director for the Middle East and Africa (MEA) at Radisson Hotel Group based in Dubai.

Chalfoun will be responsible for the company's food and beverage transformation in the Middle East and Africa. He will also be responsible for conceptualising and pre-opening restaurants and bars within the Radisson Hotel Group in addition to driving profit, monitoring standards and establishing brand recognition for all new concepts. Additionally, Chalfoun will assist the group's central support office in Europe to maximise profit and optimise restaurants and bars operations.

Chalfoun managed restaurants and bars in the GCC from concept to full operation before joining Radisson Hotel Group. Chalfoun holds a bachelor (BA Hons) in international hospitality and tourism management from the University of Wales.
