Red Hat appoints new EMEA leader
Hans Roth has been named Red Hat's senior vice president and general manager for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Roth previously led Red Hat's global services and technical enablement division.
Roth will be responsible for developing and executing the company's business strategy across EMEA, including commercial, enterprise, and channel sales, professional services, telecommunications, media, and entertainment, consulting and training services, marketing, legal, and human resources functions.
Roth previously worked for Hewlett-Packard Enterprise in Central Europe as Vice President of Service Delivery. He was also a member of the HP Enterprise Services EMEA management team. During his 20+ years in the IT industry, he has managed large, complex and multinational teams.
