Ogilvy appoints James Kinney as global chief diversity officer

Ogilvy has appointed James Nicholas Kinney as its new global chief diversity, equity and inclusion officer and chief people officer for North America. Kinney will oversee all aspects of talent management, recruitment, learning and development, and wellbeing. Kinney has over 18 years of industry experience, including executive roles.
