ACSA appoints Siphamandla Mthethwa as new CFO

The Airports Company South Africa has announced the appointment of Siphamandla Mthethwa to the new chief financial officer of Airports Company South Africa, effective, 1 May 2020. Mthethwa is a qualified chartered accountant with over 16 years of experience in leadership roles.

He previously held the chief financial officer and group chief financial officer roles at Sentech SOC Ltd and Central Energy Fund SOC Ltd respectively. He has also served as non-executive director for African Exploration and PetroSA and held senior roles at both Eskom and Absa.

ACSA chief executive officer Mpumi Mpofu commented on Mthethwa's appointment: "We look forward to welcoming Mr. Mthethwa to the team as we continue building on the gains we have made as an organisation in terms of our financial and governance performance."
