Chef Colleen Mulholland joins Selborne Golf Estate, Hotel and Spa
Selborne Golf Estate, Hotel and Spa has a new executive chef. Chef Colleen Mulholland brings with her 20 years of culinary experience, which she gained at hotel brands such as Protea, Orion, Karos, Sani Mountain Lodge and the Wild Coast Hotel Group.
She trained at the Royal Hotel, Rob Roy Hotel and Champagne Sports & Racket and later owned her own company doing on-site training for hotels and restaurants.
