Round Table and Avril Elizabeth charity race day
Round Table 71 Johannesburg north is hosting an exciting fund-raising inaugural race day on behalf of the Avril Elizabeth Home.
The day will be jam-packed with feasting, festivities, and entertainment including an auction, a raffle and amazing prizes.
Round Table, a non profit organisation, has come to the rescue of Avril Elizabeth Home, as government support subsidies cover only a small portion of the costs of caring for intellectually and in many cases physically disabled residents.
Without the support of donors such as yourselves, the Home would not be able to care for orphans, the abandoned and those from disadvantaged communities. I am therefore taking the liberty of requesting your invaluable support, of either a sponsorship or a table to entertain your clients with a very special day. All the monies raised go to this worthy cause. This is tax deductable and a certificate will be issued to you.
We are delighted to offer you any of the four options below:
1. The major sponsorship at a cost of R50 000:
2. The sponsorship of a race and a table at a cost of R15 500
This will breakdown as follows:
3. A table of ten valued at R5000 plus a book of 10 raffle tickets valued at R500
4. A single luncheon ticket valued at R550 including a single raffle ticket
Avril Elizabeth does not hold prejudice to age, colour or creed. As numbers are on the increase towards the upper 70’s of previously disadvantaged residents this now becomes your corporate social responsibility.
We desperately need you to be part of the team striving to increase the capacity of Avril Elizabeth Home; please support our day at the races on Saturday 17th March 2007.
Credit card machines will be available on the day, so remember to bring lots of spending money!
