Cleaner/Tea Lady

Company: Pt Operational ServicesLocation: Carousel Toll Plaza (N1 Highway)Reports to: Plaza ManagerPurpose: To ensure that the office, restrooms, kitchen, reception are cleaned and kept cleaned as per the instructions given by the Manager and serve refreshments to management, meetings, and visitors. to relieve staff that are on leave.

Qualifications and Skills
Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills: 

• Grade 10
• Inhouse training
• Proper Communication Skills
• Interpersonal Relationship Skills
• Self-Management Skills
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and Material Safety Data Sheets
• Ability to handle heavy electrical/motor equipment / machinery
• Physical demands are those required to work in an office environment. Some movement on the premises, and in fairly confine spaces and climbing of stairs are required.
• The work environment characteristics are those encountered in a typical office environment and is in the open.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Clean the office building and cutlery as per the cleaning programme at the office.
• Comply with Health and Safety legislation and policies and procedures.
• Ensure cleaning of machinery and chemicals used are as per supplier’s specification and material data sheets, kept clean and locked away when not in use.
• Ensure refreshments are always locked away. Cleaning of the office toilets as per the cleaning programme at the office.
• Cleaning of the kitchen and chill room area.
• Responsible for taking stock of office cleaning materials.
• Prepare of the boardrooms with coffee/ tee and refreshments.
