Reservations Manager

• Certificate/diploma in administration or related
• Excellent command of the English language (speak, read & write)
• 5 years of experience in a similar position

Essential duties and responsibilities:
The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Liaise with central reservations to communicate new rate plans and promotions.
• Overall accountability for the entire reservations/ticket office department.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate all related activities and follow-ups.
• Assist sales team in setting their rates.
• Support and participate in venue/outlets and conference sales.
• Liaise with travel agents and internal operational stakeholders to coordinate reservations related matters.
• Maintain personal hygiene and dress code.
• Check quality of hygiene standards on site.
• Ensure and follow all health, safety and hygiene processes and procedures as per requirements.
• Ensure accurate daily attendance and timely submission of timesheets and ERS reports.
• Manage employee matters in relation to training, coaching and disciplinary actions.
