Telkom launches digital payments platform

Local telecommunications company, Telkom, has launched a digital payments platform known as Telkom Pay Digital Wallet - (Telkom Pay). The platform enables users to send and/or receive money and purchase prepaid airtime, data and electricity using their mobile phones through the WhatsApp messaging app and serves as a cashless Point of Sale (POS) payment option for businesses.

Transacting through Telkom Pay only requires registration and funds in the account and customers can link any bank card to the platform. Click here to learn more about Telkom Pay.
