EOH to buy of Aptronics
Computer group EOH announced a R194m acquisition of Aptronics, to be paid half in cash and half in shares. Aptronics has been in business for more than 20 years, during which time it has grown its turnover to more than R500m and has more than 200 large enterprise customers.
Its core business was described as "high-end data centre and end-user computing". Its services include networking, virtualisation, servers, storage and infrastructure solutions.
