Atlantic Leaf raises R567.5m in private placement

Atlantic Leaf Properties said on Tuesday it had successfully raised R567.5 million by way of a private placement of Atlantic Leaf shares to invited investors.

Through the private placement, the company has placed 27.63 million new Atlantic Leaf shares with investors.

"The proceeds raised from the private placement will be used to fund the purchase of property opportunities identified by management and forming part of the company's acquisition pipeline," Atlantic Leaf said.

Atlantic Leaf has its primary listing on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius and a secondary listing on the JSE.
