Delta International Property Holdings acquires property in Maputo
Delta International Property Holdings (DLI) has acquired the Vodacom building and the Zimpeto Square shopping centre in Maputo‚ Mozambique‚ through a private share placement‚ the group announced on Wednesday.
The private placement would entail about 26-million new ordinary shares to raise up to approximately R515m ($43m) through the issue of new ordinary shares.
