Last hurdle in Growthpoint-Acucap deal is cleared
Growthpoint Properties and Acucap Properties have cleared the last hurdle in a deal that will give Growthpoint control of Acucap.
The R8.3bn deal would increase the size of Growthpoint's South African property portfolio to just more than R72bn.
Acucap owns several regional shopping centres‚ including Greenacres in Port Elizabeth and Festival Mall in Kempton Park.
