The Upper Deck official opening

‘The Upper Deck’, Ara Manuelian and Noelle Bolton’s R60 million property development in Plettenberg Bay, held its grand opening on 20 December 2006. Award-winning celebrity chef Vanie Padayachee presented the guests with a taste of her latest signature menu from the newly opened Fu.shi restaurant, which included Wasabi prawns and chocolate-dipped strawberries. The Upper Deck development consists of eight penthouse suites, three art galleries, five unique eateries, tourist destination booking offices and several chic retail shops. The first of its kind in the area, the development supports local Government’s vision to uplift the central business district and to reflect the town’s civic identity.
