Boeing will acquire KLX Inc. for further service growth
Boeing has entered a definitive agreement to acquire KLX Inc. for $4.25bn.
The acquisition will strengthen Boeing's services business and will include KLX Inc.'s Aerospace Solutions Group.
The agreement is made of an all-cash transaction for $63 per share and the assumption of approximately $1bn of net debt, which totals $4.25bn.
