Nkqubela FM is based in Zwide in the Eastern Cape and has been running for six years.

"We decided to offer internship programmes to help overcome the skills challenge in the radio industry predominantly amongst the previously disadvantaged people," says Algoa FM MD, Dave Tiltmann. All staff in the various departments at Algoa FM are keen to pass on their skills and knowledge. "Our presenters are always willing to share their expertise," says Tiltmann. "We also get a lot of grade 11's coming here for career guidance and observation."
