Celebrate Valentine's Week with wine, French cuisine

Majeka House in Paradyskloof, Stellenbosch will celebrate Valentines over a full week of wining and dining at its Makaron restaurant from 8-15 February 2011. Celebrated Chef Aurélien Gransagne of the Michelin-graded L'Espérance Restaurant in Saint Père Sous Vézelay, Burgundy, returns for a second consecutive year to work alongside the head chef Anri Diener.

He will incorporate local ingredients prepared in the authentic French style of cooking to showcase Michelin dishes, paired with wines from the Stellenbosch area, including Tokara, Dornier, Thelema, Warwick, Vriessenhof, Villiera, Dalla Cia and Lourensford.
