But it’s more than that – it’s your game plan. It locks down what you need to achieve in a given timeframe. That’s all good and well, but realistically speaking... do you really need one?

The business landscape is forever changing. Every time something shifts or the unexpected happens, should you amend your business plan? Or do you just go with the flow and adapt to challenges as they arise?
