Debt Collection Conference 2013

New developments in both human interaction and new technologies have transformed the debt collection industry, broadening the scope of operations from local and regional to national, and sometimes even to international.

To grasp these developments and to get updated on the challenges and opportunities existing around debt collection in South Africa, attending the Debt Collection South Africa Conference in March 2013, will give you the edge to navigate these future developments with ease.

Organised by Trade Conferences International - South Africa's foremost financial conference organising company - the event is aimed at attracting personnel from banks, micro lending, retail organisations, debt collection agencies, call centres and suppliers.

Addressing high level topics such as collection strategies, partnering with debt collection agencies, the credit cycle, risk based collection strategies, outsourcing, data tracing, legal recovery, contact centre trends and the influence of the digital world on collections, attending the conference will give delegates the opportunity to receive up-to-date news on latest developments regarding debt collection in South Africa.

Speakers include representatives from Debt-In, Credit Intel, Futuresoft, Consumer Profile Bureau, MBD Credit Solutions, Credit intel, Principa, Interactive Intelligence, Law Online, Experian, Octagon Business Solutions, Flemix and Ninzi Connect.

MD Ryno van Ellewee said with more than 800 delegates attending TCI's financial conference during the last three years, the company can now be regarded as one of South Africa's top financial conference organisers. Some of TCI"s major financial events include the first and second Payments Southern African Conference and Mobile Banking Southern Africa Conferences, as well as the Retail Credit Conference, 6th Bienial Micro Finance Summit and Channel Management Conference.
