Hope in the fast lane
The Mother City's Good Hope FM will bring listeners all the action from the 2006 Cape Argus Pick 'n Pay Cycle Tour on Sunday 12 March. Afternoon drive DJ Ryan O'Connor will be participating in the race and Tyrone Paulsen will be broadcasting his Weekend Flava live from the finish line (10am to 2pm).
For the eighth consecutive year, Ryan O'Connor will be cycling in the city's favourite race. From a gruelling fitness regime to a healthy diet, Ryan has swapped his jokes for yolks and got up every day at the crack of dawn to prepare for this venture. Listen out to Ryan on The Fast Lane, weekdays 3 - 6 pm, for daily tips on how to become the next Lance Armstrong.
