No repeats, please
It's out with some of the old and in with something new as OFM does some Spring cleaning this September, as requested by the station's listeners. The launch of The No Repeat Workday will start on-air on Monday, 10 September 2007 – meaning that from Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm, listeners will never hear the same song playing twice.
Should listeners hear a song at a given time or date between 9am and 5pm, they can email the song details, as well as the times they heard it on OFM, to and stand the chance of winning R1000 in cash. The station will invite listeners to also send their comments and feedback on The No Repeat Workday to same email address.
According to Shana Kilbee, programme manager at OFM, this will allow the station to monitor the success of the campaign as well as keep a close ear on to what listeners' expect.
