Innovative Women exhibition in Cape Town

Jeannette Unite Artists Studio is currently hosting an exhibition called “Innovative Women” which is a group show featuring 10 black contemporary female artists from different parts of South Africa and is co-sponsored by the Department of Arts and Culture.

Innovative Women exhibition in Cape Town

Artists include Nandipha Mantambo, Dineo Bopale, Lerato Shadi, Usha Seejarim and Bongi Bengu. Each artist expresses their own sense of identity and what it means to be a woman in South Africa today and comments on issues that is relevant to all South Africans.
