The Big Top Arena at Carnival City will host him on Saturday, 22 March, with the Cape Town leg taking place at Grand Arena, GrandWest Casino and Entertainment World on Wednesday, 26 March.
Kristofferson will be joined on stage by his daughter for a number of songs which promises to warm the hearts of his South African fans ahead of winter.
"My father flew supply planes in Africa during the Second World War and it's one of the few places on the planet that I've never seen. I'm really looking forward to singing there." say Kristofferson.
Gates for both shows open at 18:00 with the first half of the performance running from 18:30-19:30, there will then be a 30 min interval with the second half running from 20:00-21:00.
