Paul Jackson, Volcano Group.

Jackson is the Managing Director and Founding Partner of the Volcano Group. He is an inspiring leader and sees Volcano as a major employer of young talent, and launch pad for tomorrow's advertising leaders. His vision for SA is a free, open-opportunity society providing necessary job opportunities for the restless, educated youth deserving of a life of contribution and achievement.

• Roberta Naidoo of Africa Business News: Finalist in the Media and Advertising category

Roberta Naidoo, Africa Business News.

Naidoo is the Group Managing Director and Board Member of the ABN Group (along with other titles such as Chairperson of the ABN Education Trust) and is currently responsible for the overall operations of the ABN Group.

Roberta, who is studying her Masters in Business Administration, is a member of the International Women's Media Foundation, as well as the Business Women's Association of South Africa.

• Shaun Naidoo of Love Johannesburg: Finalist in the Media and Advertising category

Shaun Naidoo, Love Johannesburg.

Naidoo currently runs the TV department of an advertising production company and works on TV commercials. Over the past 10 years, he has gained experience in TV, radio and print media. Naidoo empowers and manages his team by encouraging his crew to take ownership of their individual roles.
