Corporate Participants get the full package at the IMPI Challenge Obstacle Trail Run.

With most employees yawning at yet another company “appreciation day”, many are keen to do something together that is fun, exciting and challenging. Trying a new experience collectively already connects people.

“Encouraging teamwork in a non-corporate environment can only lead to real comradery and great experiences,” says Pieter du Plessis, Director of Impi Challenge. “The Impi Corporate category spans a distance of 10–12km and will include 18 obstacles that are challenging, but fun. Teams can expect to be taken out of their comfort zones, while team members will need to rely on each other in order to complete a number of the obstacles. Teamwork and bonding will therefore be the order of the day. Teams are guaranteed to go home feeling energised and closer than before, with a much better understanding and respect for one another.”

Combining trail running with an adventure-style obstacle course, the Impi Challenge is a spectator-friendly event. Family members are encouraged to come and experience the day and watch their corporate families on six of the obstacles found on the spectator route. The festival area caters to all tastes and has great entertainment for all.
