Winter Specials at Sinn's
Sinn's Restaurant, at Wembley Square, Gardens, Cape Town is offering Durbanville Hills and Sinn's monthly food and wine pairing evenings, as well as lunch, three-course dinner and new Sunday buffet and daily pasta specials.
Sinn's Sunday buffet
Every Sunday, from 24 July
- A selection of salads to start or accompany your main course.
- A choice of 250g tender Karan sirloin or grilled fresh fish with all the trimmings and specially paired sauces served from the kitchen to order.
- A dessert buffet finished with a Lavazza coffee
- R129 for: Salad buffet, main course and a Lavazza coffee to finish- R150 for: Salad buffet, main course, dessert buffet with Lavazza coffee.
Monthly food and wine pairing evenings
Sinn's Restaurant and Durbanville Hills will be hosting a monthly Food and Wine Pairing evening, with the launch confirmed for 25 August 2011.
Durbanville Hills winemaker Wilhem Cotzee will be talking guests through the evening's gourmet grape pairing, whilst the chef proprietor, Thomas Sinn, whips up culinary delights in the kitchen.
"Durbanville Hills' range of wines is the perfect companion to most offerings on our menu," said Sinn. "There will be something for everyone on the four-course paired menu."

Winter lunch specials
Running until 31 August, R50 lunch creations at Sinn's include Chicken Saltimbocca Bruschetta and Hungarian Goulash Soup.
Three-course dinner Winter special
Diners can enjoy three courses and a glass of wine for R150 from Sinn's winter weather-inspired menu.
Half-price pasta specials
Guests can now enjoy Sinn's pasta dishes for half the price. Choose from any pasta on the Sinn's evening menu including Black Mussel and Prawn Fettuccine and Sinn's Meaty Bolognese.
