Sinn's Sunday buffet
Every Sunday, from 24 July
Sinn's Restaurant and Durbanville Hills will be hosting a monthly Food and Wine Pairing evening, with the launch confirmed for 25 August 2011.
Durbanville Hills winemaker Wilhem Cotzee will be talking guests through the evening's gourmet grape pairing, whilst the chef proprietor, Thomas Sinn, whips up culinary delights in the kitchen.
"Durbanville Hills' range of wines is the perfect companion to most offerings on our menu," said Sinn. "There will be something for everyone on the four-course paired menu."
Bookings essential.
Running until 31 August, R50 lunch creations at Sinn's include Chicken Saltimbocca Bruschetta and Hungarian Goulash Soup.
Diners can enjoy three courses and a glass of wine for R150 from Sinn's winter weather-inspired menu.
Guests can now enjoy Sinn's pasta dishes for half the price. Choose from any pasta on the Sinn's evening menu including Black Mussel and Prawn Fettuccine and Sinn's Meaty Bolognese.
