Nu Metro, Geexpo offer Warcraft event before film premiere

Ahead of the national Warcraft film premiere, on Friday 10 June 2016, Nu Metro Cinemas and Geexpo will hold a three-city event aimed at gamers, comic book fans, cinema fanatics and 'cosplay' aficionados in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban on Saturday 4 June 2016.

Nu Metro, Geexpo offer Warcraft event before film premiere

The Geexpo Warcraft events will take place at Nu Metro Emperor’s Palace (Johannesburg), Nu Metro GrandWest Casino (Cape Town) and Nu Metro The Pavilion (Durban) from 6pm. Each event promises ticketholders a unique evening of myth, magic and epic adventure – amplifying the cinema release of this fantasy adventure. Each event will include a pre-release screening of the movie, complimentary coke and popcorn, a ‘cosplay’ competition, various other give-aways, many special goodies, a Hearthstone exhibition and much more.

Fans wearing a Blizzard costume could win ‘cosplay’ prizes. Tickets are R150, via the website or at the door on the night on a first come, first served basis.
