One-day SME coaching opportunity will increase bottom line

SME growth is essential for South Africa's employment and development opportunities to be realised but SME owners, driven by passion and necessity, often lack the foresight for an actionable strategy that will ring in the changes to meet expanded quarterly and annual goals.

Gauteng SMEs can take advantage of an experienced SME owner, qualified coach and MBA graduate, who will assist in strategising goals for revenue, profitability, key milestones and performance indicators, assess marketing and sales activities and facilitate a complete plan for improved second-quarter profitability.

By taking one day from operations, SME owners and their teams will discuss and report on more about their business than most business owners do in months and it will pay off. Pre-workshop, participants will download worksheets that enable them to prepare for the day and start the mind shift required to achieve success.

GrowthCLUB offers participants the opportunity to:

  • Set business goals for 2015 and beyond
  • Set goals for the next quarter
  • Use the 5-ways strategies lists
  • decide what new activities you will start
  • what activities you will stop
  • what activities you will continue
  • Perform a business self-audit, taking a critical look at the operation of the entire business.
  • Select critical projects for the next quarter - create task lists to complete the projects, communicate responsibilities and put it all on a timeline.
  • Walk away with a completed plan for operations

Business owners get to attend this for only R3,400 for the first delegate and an additional R1,200 per additional team member. The next session will be on Thursday 16 April 2015 in Sandton from 9am to 4pm and there is a 10% early bird discount on bookings paid for before 26 March 2015.
