Pet's Life turns two

Owned and operated by Kirsten Lynch and Tracy Ramsay, share responsibility for building the brand, managing the business and sourcing and selling pet products to South Africa's growing online audience of pet owners.

Said to be the largest online pet shop, it has an interactive customer-base that encourages customers to send in photos and updates on their pets. These are published on a testimonials page or shared in the monthly newsletter.
