Deborah Herd, new editor of Fit Pregnancy

Herd has been a contributor to sister magazine Shape and was the managing editor of Femina and editor of Life, Edgars Club and Sales House magazines. She cut her teeth in the world of newspapers, working South China Morning Post (Hong Kong) and was the Asia correspondent for the London Evening Standard. Before that she was the assistant editor and sub-editor of the Evening Standard magazine.

Fit Pregnancy claimed the 2006 Pica Award for Best Parenting magazine and has a current ABC of 15 869 (January - December 2006).
